Reflective Practice & Teamwork Training - 2 Days - T0308

Abstract

The aim of the course is give course participants insight into how to work as an effective team and be able to be reflective in direct working practice.  The course will consist of a variety of areas to highlight issues within teams and review how to be an efficient team member in obtaining positive therapeutic outcomes for clients.  Practitioners will learn how to reflect fully on practice and how to make the best use of your supervision process that is wholly client and service centred.  The therapeutic role of self will be incorporated in to best practice methodology.
