Child Protection Awareness Training: A Housing Support Perspective - Half Day - T0178i

Abstract

The focus of this course will be upon giving staff guidance and information pertinent to child protection information.  A thorough overview will be given to child protection issues pertinent to the Children’s Acts.  The legal aspects will be dealt with in order to equip staff with the correct information relating to child protection issues.  Guidance will be given in how to follow best practice guidelines in working together with social service departments to adhere to child protection policy and legislation.
