Abstract

The training is aimed at course participants who are responsible for staff who manage services; specifically registered care managers, day services and housing managers within the children and young people sector.  The course will aim to address the issues pertaining to safer recruitment processes endemic to this area of work.  The course will outline individual responsibilities in dealing with investigation processes and how best to deal to apply best practice issues the Children and Young People Safeguarding domain.
