Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of Warner interviewing & Interviewing Skills.  Course participants will be given thorough grounding in utilising this methodological framework within the interview workplace setting.  The focus of the course will address issues pertinent to practitioners who work within the care sector.  Participants will be given guidance in both Interviewing Skills & Warner interviewing into the workplace based interviews in the recruitment of new staff within services. Participants will learn how to apply this methodology in to mainstream interviewing of employment candidates.
