Person Centred Planning: The Facilitators Role - 2 Days - T0228f

Abstract

The course is designed to help staff review the principles of person centred planning with reference to the role of the facilitator in assisting in the person-centred planning process.  Course participants will review the role of the facilitator to the person-centred planning process and how to implement this in practice.  Staff will look at the inherent framework and become familiar in how to adapt these principles to their workplace setting, thus increasing the quality of person centred planning for the people they are working with.
