Understanding The Minute Taker's Role: A Chair Person Perspective Training - 1 Day - T0140b4

Abstract

The aim of this course is give an overview of the issues inherent within the role of minute-takers in a variety of meetings from the perspective of the chair person.  The course will focus upon an array of aspects people chairing meetings have with their interface with their minute takers.  Emphasis will be placed on the chair’s role and the difficulties that may well be experienced within that role in interfacing with minute-takers.  Course participants will explore ways of dealing with dilemmas in an effective coherent manner within the sphere of both child and adult safeguarding domains.
