Whistle Blowing: The Impacts on Practice Training - 1 Day - T0295


The aims of the course is to give managers of services an overview of the concept of whistle blowing and what this means for practice.  Course participants will cover an array of issues in terms of how managers can manage a whistle blowing incident within their own organisation.  The legal issues pertaining to this will be addressed to make sure managers act fairly and with discretion to secure the proper position within the organisation.  Emphasis will be placed on best practice in how this concept is to be translated within children’s services work.
