Abstract

This training is aimed at course participants who are responsible for staff who work with Vulnerable Adults and manage services; specifically registered care managers, day services managers and housing services managers.  The course will aim to address the issues pertaining to safer recruitment processes endemic to this area of work.  This course will outline individual responsibilities in dealing with investigation processes and how best to apply best practice issues within the Adult Safeguarding domain.
