Managing & Working With Behaviours Training - 2 Days - T0118h

Abstract

The aim of this course is to give a detailed analysis of the area of behaviours that would be deemed to be challenging to services within the field of learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder.  Staff will become familiar with areas specific to behaviours that challenge services when working with this client group and how best to deal with behaviours that are presented.  Course participants will learn to utilise a variety of techniques throughout the training that are purely non-aversive in nature.  Emphasis will be placed upon applying the training principles learned directly into your own working practice.
