Abstract

The aim of this course is to give course participants a comprehensive working knowledge of North Tyneside’s Interagency Departmental Guidelines on The Protection and Empowerment of Vulnerable Adults in North Tyneside.  Course participants will be given thorough guidance in the investigating procedures that should be adopted within vulnerable adults work.  Also, course participants will become very familiar with how to manage the duality of role between practitioner and investigating officers.  The focus of the course will at things from the perspectives of the housing department.
