Supervising Staff Around the use of CBT Training - 2 Days - T0210n
The aim of the course is give managers the skills to supervise their staff in a range of cognitive and behavioural techniques that can be used directly in the workplace when working therapeutically with clients. The course will look at both cognitive and behavioural approaches in their own right in terms of the implementation in practice. A variety of issues will be addressed from the context of the supervisory role in how to analyse how cognitive and behavioural techniques can be utilised to obtain the best therapeutic results for clients. The course is aimed at informing best practice.
