Autism And Learning Disability Awareness Training - One Day - T021h

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the concept of Autism and Learning Disabilities.  A full analysis of these topic areas will take place in order to address the range of issues that these areas bring up for staff.  Thorough analysis of the issues will be addressed in order to create insightful practice in dealing more effectively with people affected by these conditions.  The varying degrees of the conditions will be explored in order to ascertain communication links with individuals who are affected by them.  There will be constant adherence to good practice issues throughout the training.
