Investigation Skills in Safeguarding Refresher Training - 2 Days - T0195l

Abstract

The aim of the course is to re-familiarise experienced practitioners in the whole concept of investigation skills within safeguarding work:  Achieving Best Evidence and the implication this will have upon working practice in working within the civil and criminal justice system will be explored at length.  Practitioners will review their skills at the investigative interviewing of vulnerable persons/witnesses in the process of giving evidence in line with Achieving Best Evidence rhetoric.
