Abstract

The aim of this course is to give course participants a comprehensive working knowledge of  Departmental Guidelines on The Protection and Empowerment of Vulnerable Adults in your own authority when working within child and family services.  Course participants will be given thorough guidance in the investigating procedures that should be adopted within vulnerable adults work from a family worker perspective.  Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the training.
