Abstract

This course is designed to give delegates an awareness of the issues workers come across within the field of domestic abuse.  Course participants will become familiar with various aspects from understanding what domestic abuse actually means to how to work effectively within this area of work, in terms of addressing how to work with the impact and aftermath of domestic abuse upon the survivors.  Emphasis will be placed upon good practice issues.
