Outcome Focused Care Support Planning - 1 Day - T0371

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarize course participants with the concept of outcome focused care support plans and what this means for practice. Course participants will review the rudiments of outcome focused care for people with learning disabilities in order to promote best practice support planning processes for people that are supported. Best practice issues will be adhered to throughout the training event.
