Undertaking Short Term Observations Training - One Day - T0368

Abstract

This course is aimed at those staff and carers who support clients with communication difficulties and how to undertake observations to look at how best to support clients more appropriately. The course will aim to upskill staff in their ability to use observational skills that will assist in the delivery of care practice. Understanding and interpreting behaviours will be addressed throughout the training day.
