Conducting Staff Supervision Within Forensic Services – An Overview (One Day) - T0257j

Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of the line management supervision of staff who work with forensic services supporting people with learning disabilities. The course participant will be given a grounding in utilising a methodological framework within the workplace setting in terms of providing robust supervisory support that should be offered to staff who working within forensic service provision. Best practice methodology will be maintained throughout the training day.
