Assertiveness Training Two Days - T0211
Abstract
The aim of this training is to familiarising course participants with the concepts relating to assertiveness within the professional role of being a team manager, in order that you can work more effectively in developing teamwork and harmony within the workplace. Emphasis will be placed upon the communication that takes place within teams and look at how to be assertive in order that individuals can be heard and more effective communicators within teams. Course participants will become familiar with the concept of leadership and how this can be used positively within team dynamics in order that complex aspects within teams can be challenged. Assertiveness within the role of supervision will also be explored on the training. The course will aim to inform current working practice that can be adopted directly in an individual’s role.
