Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of leadership and management. Emphasis will be placed upon the childcare sector and how to implement the concept of leadership and management in the workplace in order to instil confidence in workplace and demonstrate to regulators that you are fit to manage and lead your workplace environment. The course will inform best practice throughout.
