Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with how to incorporate and how to review the use of therapeutic skills in the context of supervision. The course is aimed at those staff who have responsibility for the supervision of staff in their daily work who utilise psychosocial interventions. The course is designed to review how supervision can be incorporated into practice in order that optimum results can be obtained directly from staff in supporting clients more appropriately. The course is aimed at informing best practice.
