Care Planning & Assessment Within Substnace Misuse Services Training - One Day - T0289e

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarise course participants with the use and implementation of care planning and assessment within the substance misuse field and what this means for practice. Workers will become familiar with using a variety of approaches and how to analyse this process and utilise this methodology across working practice within addiction services. A range of issues will be addressed on the course with the aim of giving participants a robust understanding and confidence in how to operationalise this within care planning and assessment within a framework of best practice methodology.
