Abstract

The training is aimed at course participants who are responsible for staff who manage children and young people services. The course will aim to address the issues pertaining to safer recruitment processes endemic to this area of work that cut across the safeguarding domain. The course will outline individual responsibilities in dealing with safer recruitment issues and how best to apply best practice issues within the Children and Young People Safeguarding domain.
