Abstract

The aim of the course is to give course participants a level of skill base in the application of psychosocial interventionary methods and to act as trainers in this area in order to deliver a range of awareness courses from half a day up to a two day course in applications in practice of psychosocial interventions in working with both children and adults. A variety of applications will be addressed on the course with the focus being towards working with children, young people and adults and how to facilitate training around this topic. The course will also address a spectrum of issues and be useful for clients who are extremely difficult to engage in services.
