Abstract

The aim of the course is to train trainers in a basic awareness level to review how issues of self-esteem and confidence development can best be managed with children and young people in a school/educational environment. A range of issues will be addressed throughout the training in how self-esteem affects pupil/student performance within educational environments and how best to provide appropriate supports to children and young people to promote resilience. The course will adhere to best practice methodology throughout.
