Understanding & Conducting Supervision Within Forensic Services - 3 Days - T0257h

Abstract

The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of the line management supervision of staff who work with forensic services supporting people with learning disabilities. Course participants will be given thorough grounding in utilising a methodological framework within the workplace setting in terms of providing robust supervisory support. The focus of the course will address issues pertinent to practitioners who work within the learning disability services. Participants will be given guidance in the line management supervision process in order to deliver effective practice in this area of work. Participants will learn how to apply this methodology to direct working practice.
