Undertanding Aspergers Syndrome T0200

Abstract

The aim of the course is to familiarize course participants with the concept of Aspergers Syndrome.  A full analysis of this syndrome will take place in order to address the range of issues that this syndrome brings up for carers.  Thorough analysis of the issues will be addressed in order to create insightful practice in dealing more effectively with children and young people who have Aspergers Syndrome.  The varying degrees of Aspergers will be explored in order to ascertain communication links with individuals who are affected by this syndrome.  There will be constant adherence to good practice issues throughout the training.
