Developing A Supportive Team: Issues For Practice Training - 1 Day - T0199g

Abstract

The aim of this training is to familiarise course participants with the concept relating to developing a supportive team in order that you can work more effectively in developing teamwork. Emphasis will be placed upon communication that takes place within teams in how this can be both constructive and destructive. Course participants will become familiar with the concept of leadership and how this can be used positively within team dynamics in order that complex aspects within teams can be challenged effectively without causing ‘fallout’. The course will aim to inform current working practice that can be adopted directly in an individual’s role.
