Promoting Effective Communication Using Psychosocial Interventions In Service Delivery - 1 Day - T0335

Abstract

The aim of this course is to give course participants working within a housing arena a set of tools to promote effective communication when supporting and working with people who can be difficult to reach due to a variety of issues. Course participants will become familiar with a range of aspects that will promote adherence and compliance in terms of working together when having to tackle a range of difficult areas within the housing support and maintenance arena. Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the training in order to create a much more effective working environment.
