The aim of the course is give course participants an advanced range of cognitive and behavioural techniques that can be used directly in the workplace when working therapeutically with young people. The course will look at both cognitive and behavioural approaches in their own right in terms of the implementation in practice. A range of aspects will be addressed to analyse how cognitive and behavioural techniques can be utilised to obtain the best therapeutic results when working with young people at an advanced level. The course is aimed at informing best practice.
