The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of case recording and report writing with respect to working within the care practice field.  Course participants will become familiar with the issues that are inherent within this fundamental area of work.  The legal aspects and the conduct of good practice within case recording and report writing will be dealt with at length.  Individuals will learn the essential requirements and standards that must be adopted within this area of work.
