The aim of the course is to familiarise practitioners in the role of attending court to give evidence within their professional remit. Course participants will cover a wide range of areas within this court skills training to prepare them for writing appropriate court reports to understanding the court process in order to deal with cross-examination pertaining to case work.  The course is aimed at informing best practice methodology that feeds directly in to working practice.
