The aim of this course is to give course participants an awareness overview working knowledge of your agency’s Departmental Guidelines on The Protection and Empowerment of Vulnerable Adults in your area.  The course is aimed at familiarising the participants with the concept of vulnerability and how to process abuse allegations that fit within the Adult Protection domain.  Adherence to best practice will be reinforced throughout the day.
