The emphasis on this course will be directed on effective team functioning and what this means with reference to direct practice.  Team members will become familiar with understanding your own professional role and how you function within the team setting.  You will identify how each of you work as a collective in maintaining cohesion within a staff team and also what aids in undermining team dynamics.  Emphasis will be very much placed on the therapeutic process endemic in teams and how to get the best from team performance.
