The aim of the course is to give course participants an advanced level of skill base in the application of motivational interviewing. The course is aimed a practitioners whose role is one a therapeutic inclination. A variety of applications will be addressed on the course with the focus being toward dual diagnosis clients. However, the course will also address the spectrum of mental health and be useful for clients who are extremely difficult to engage in services. As this is an advanced course then access must be through the initial two day motivational interviewing course.
