The aim of this course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of compiling SEN report writing skills that will aim to assist in the completion of Educational Health Care Plans that are truly person centred. Course participants will become familiar with the issues that are inherent within this area of work. The conduct of good practice within report compilation will be dealt with at length and individuals will learn the essential requirements and standards that must be adopted within this area of work in order to record appropriate outcomes.
