Family Mediation Training - Issues For Practice - 2 Days - T0306a

Abstract

The aim of the course is to help course participants fully understand how to engage families in the process of family mediation and what this means for practice. Emphasis will be placed on a range of areas that are specific to family mediation in dealing with and resolving conflict issues in a safe and pragmatic manner. Emphasis will be placed on working with couples and the parent-child relationship in resolving communication issues that are problematic within relationships. The course will be will concentrate upon best practices models of family mediation.
