Understanding And Conducting Parenting Assessments: Train the Trainers - Five Days - T0267bQU

Abstract

The aim of this course is to train the trainers in how to undertake and facilitate training in how to undertake parenting assessments that fulfil the requirements of both children in need and child protection issues.  Practitioners will become familiar with an array of parenting assessments and how to translate these to direct practice and train staff in their implementation.    Practitioners will be briefed on what is required to make sure that parenting is to a ‘good enough’ standard.  Best practice methodology will be adopted throughout the training.
