Abstract

The aim of the course is to enable participants to explore issues relating to the concepts of inspirational engagement pertaining to motivational interviewing. Course participants will be given thorough grounding in utilising this methodological framework within the workplace setting. The focus of the course will address issues pertinent to working with people with alcohol and/or drug problems, (specifically around Dual Diagnosis) within a prison environment.
