Abstract

The aim of the course is to help course participants fully understand the remit of appropriate assessment and intervention skills when working within a prison environment. Course participants will review the areas of assessment and intervention that are required in order to improve the assessment process undertaken by support workers within a prison environment in order to adhere to appropriate professional boundaries. Best practice issues will be addressed throughout the training.
