Abstract

The aim of the course is to help managers of children’s services to fully understand the remit of working with the wider networks to make sure that young people’s needs are best met in all areas of their life. The course will focus on empowering managers on how and where to challenge services whilst still maintaining customer relations with commissioning authorities. Reviewing best practice around this alongside how manager’s evidence this will be of paramount consideration within the training.
